POOR SERVICE
When it comes to the delivery of your expensive goods don’t expect it on time. Expect to be lied to multiple times and be treated like less of a person when expressing your concerns for the delivery due to the weather but is reassured that the delivery will be on time. When receiving a call the morning of delivery to be told your delivery won’t be arriving you express your concerns on the previous calls where I was lied to about product being delivered especially after contacting twice to ensure delivery was going ahead to also be ignored by the nick scali member while on the phone to her, very rude and disgusting… I get better service and respect at Kmart than a “high end” furniture store. Now is telling me it will be delivered soon but can’t give me a date, stop with the lying and listen to your customers when they have concerns instead of just saying it will be delivered! I’m now without a couch for probably months because I was told TWICE my couch was going to be delivered despite MY concerns for the weather and roads! This could have been an easy thing to avoid if the members listening to my concerns and investigated instead of just saying yes will be delivered.

Did previously make a complaint but am yet to hear back and have now also emailed the email below…

We are very happy with our new lounge, the comfort and quality is very good. We had great service in store when trying to choose from the large range of lounges and fabrics. Once ordered I was frequently notified with the expected delivery date. Would recommend and buy again from Nick Scali.

Cairns Staff were fine but - Ordered a hallway table in December 2023, after a number of sorry your items didn’t get shipped out but we do apologise it is now ready for pick up September 2024 9 months later what a joke. I had to go overseas the last 2 weeks and the lady over the phone mentioned if you don’t pay that final total you will loose the item. Unfortunately we use to shop here a bit but after that comment never again.

We bought 2 Memphis sofa's and one Antigua chair and are very happy with the new furniture. Extremely good quality and so comfortable☀️. The reclining function is a dream and all are so relaxing to sit in. The delivery was very professional and friendly as well as quick. They even had a webpage link where we could follow the delivery truck and knew exactly when it arrived, very nice feature😊. Absolutely a very positive experience and high quality service and products 🤸

Just purchased a sofa set from Nick Scali, with help from the lovely Teresa! She spent so much time with us when we were deciding on which couch we wanted, then also when we were figuring out all the measurements and the fabric. I’ll give an update on the couch when we get it (16-18 weeks…), but we’ve both been very happy with the process so far!
