Good sized grocery store with in house delicatessen and butcher. Lots of fresh produce, packaged food items, household cleaners and everyday products that you'd expect to find in a good supermarket. Friendly and helpful staff with easy parking out the front of the store.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour of trying to rip people off. A bottle of Coke is $3.90 on the shelf but when I went to pay for it that staff overrides the price and charges $4.99. When I disputed the price against what was on the shelf, the staff said if you take from shelf which is room temperature then it's $3.90 but if you take cole one from the fridge then it's $4.99.... so take advantage of the hot weather and instead of giving back to the local community that supports your business you are ripping them off and charge them $1.10 more just because it's cold. Never have i ever seen anything like this before. Absolutely disgusting and greedy behaviour.....

blonde girl on the till tonight so rude. loved a long chat with customer in front of me, instead of doing her job. Literally chucks my groceries. I say thank-you, and she just looks at me, and turns away. Work on your customer service to everyone, not selected customers. Felt racist.

I’m a regular client and Bought this product. it’s clear that it is not consumable. I couldn’t take it to the shop straight away, i only went there a few days later with the pictures assuming they would easily apologise for the inconvenience and refund me back. However the supervisor Emily (not sure if this is the right name, 28th Aug) did not refund me or offered me another piece of the product as an exchange. Since I did not have the product with me i was told that i should come back another day and TRY to talk to the manager because she can’t do anything. It is a simple thing that can be solved quickly, I believe that IGA would allow an employee to fix this small problem in a better way. She made a poor decision, the customer service has failed.

When I came here the other day, there was this young individual named Aimee, I tried asking her where the cleaning products were and she just pointed in a direction and when I came back to tell her I couldn’t find it she gave me additude and walked away!!! You need new staff😡😡

Bad customer service i go there all the time
Today has the worst experience This morning i buy milk that expire next day unfortunately not check date this time
And milk curdel in the pan go back to return an hour later refused to do refund say bottle open and tell me off for to check date before buy when i tell them why no warning sign or low price sign because expiry next day woolworth and coles allways have label for near expire date and reduced price and never have problem with refund with woolies and coles however i dont mind as it was under 10$ only if they cant refund even 5$ what they will do with expensive item but it shows there lack of empathy and does not care attitude towards customers and reminds you to be carefull when shopping and allways take recipt
