I have a V5 100 amp hour Nomad battery that is 4 yrs old that failed to charge after my son took it camping Wayne fixed it promptly without charging me. This is service that I have never experienced before from battery sales or manufacturers. We are so lucky to have this kind of local support and expertise in WA. I will be buying another Nomadpdu. If you need support it is only a phone call away.

Nomad PD battery, purchased about 4-5 years ago. Used it less than 10 times. Cost was over $800.00. Worked well when it was new but after a couple of years takes two days for it to fully charge from solar where when new would get a full charge in about three hours. Now won't even run a 38L Engle fridge for the night. Sitting around with no load, battery voltage will drop from 12.1 to 10.5 in a couple of weeks.

Won't be buying another one.

My V5 was out of warranty, but Wayne still fixed it fast and free for me. More than happy, a V5.5 looks to be my next purchase !!

Had the 5 100ah for nearly 3 years now. Still going strong. Any queries I had about the unit were promptly answered. Only small problem I had was the wall charger failed and that was exchanged even though it was out of warranty.
