I did a training lesson with his driver before testing. In the testing he did not agree on Motor Vehicle Registry (MVR) Learners Drivers Guide and failed me in three point turn that I did based on MVR Learners Drivers Guide. Then I booked a re test with him on agreed date and time. He did not turn up. Once I text him a message his reply was that he booked a lesson next week and a test next Sunday" which was not correct. He totally forgot the day and time and came up with another reason instead of accepting his mistake" I am not satisfied with a person who is not committed. I paid him 165 for the test and was ready to have a second attempt but no more with this institute.

Booked in a lesson for my son, lesson only went for 45min instead of a full hour, so ripped off 15 min from a young kid. Tried multiple times to book follow up lessons for the weeks after, wouldn't respond to texts. When he did answer a phonecall, just said "send the details in a text and I'll get back to you", which I already had, then didn't respond. Waste of time.

If you want to get messed around, try to book some lessons with Ian.

Ian Reeves is a warm, professional and competent driving instructor that is actually INTERESTED in getting you your license. He is not on the take, and definitely not one of those instructors that are interested in squeezing more lessons out of you. He actually taught me how to drive and pass the test with simple and effective techniques (ques) which guarantees a pass (as long as you remember the training). If you go elsewhere, you will probably put your money into a bottomless pit as some instructors have a vested interest repeat customers. Don't worry if you are nervous, he doesn't bite. Thanks Ian.

Took two lessons with the company and the instructor cleared me for the test. Tried to book a test for 2 weeks but they wouldn’t answer my calls or respond to any of my texts. Instructor was also mostly on her phone during my lessons.

I took my driver's practical and he was very clear with his instructions which led me to pass my exam. This is my second time, first one was with someone else. His clear instructions plus his pleasant demeanor made my exam more relaxed. Thanks again, Ian!

Ian is a nice fellow, and certainly a very competent instructor. However; we found their preferred payment of "cash on the day" very inconvenient and limiting. Furthermore; when asked to provide a receipt of payment, this was issued in the wrong name and incorrect total of payments. When asked to send corrected payment receipt, again the name on the receipt was wrong. After repeated communication with their "apparent bookkeeper" who consistently failed to correct the receipt content (5 incorrect receipts in total!) We still have not received the receipt we requested, and all communication seems to have been severed by them. I mean really, is it that hard to get a simple receipt for payments made If only the bookkeeping side of this business was upto the same standard as Ian's driving instructions, we would have provided a higher rating.
