The few times i’ve been to this IGA, I have had nothing but great service! The shelves were tidy, and the staff were very kind. Shoutout to the checkout chic that helped me find products with a smile on her face, I believe her name was Lilly, #1 employee!

I've been there more than 10 times and every week a special price advertising in your catalogue for example meat and when I got there I was told is ordered but the warehouse didn't deliver..so is faults advertising and I will or I did reported to consumer affairs...

Not a bad place generally but $6.29 for a 400ml Hunt and Brew Ice Coffee is way too high in price. You lost a regular guys.

Im fairly new to the area.I must admit Im now a regular The Deli is really good.Lucys Lasagne well I order every week....so nice....Their pastas are good too....I love the Bruschetta salad and potato salad .The ladies at the deli are lovely and we always have a great chat.

Saturday 6pm I’ve finished work and I also had been standing all day … and visit my local to get $100 of basic groceries… what a disappointment to be treated so poorly by the lady serving at the Deli. I had to say “hello how are you”and she didn’t have the decency to reply ?!?! When my meats were cut she put them on the counter with NOT one word … maybe a Hello and Thank you is out of her reach … believe me I was tired too but still showed human kindness.. she failed big time. Hope management address this issue.

I haven't been there for twenty months, quite a few cosmetic changes to decor and checkouts. The range has greatly improved, the prices are still competitive. And it is looking a lot cleaner.
Still not a busy store by any measure, but the staff, what there were of them, were happy and helpful. Kudos to Lucy in the Deli, I remember her from a few years ago. Always charming.
