Terrible experience with this company sliding door we bought has chunks out of the framework from their screws holding door latch on are too long scratching the frame every time your open close doors Paintwork wearing off after a couple of months and a deadlock that has already been replaced once now stuffed again and they tell me to ring a locksmith as we are locked inside and can’t get out.Their response is you pay for a locksmith .What a joke

I really hate leaving negative comments but my experience with this company wasn’t a pleasant one contacted for a quote on a single window told I’d have it later that evening following day called again they said by days end following day I called again due to the urgency of the job left a voicemail rang back the following day to which I was then told that estimator was off sick that day would have to be Monday of the following week (received Tuesday) quote was 3x the price compared to other companies

I couldn't recommend NQ Glass enough. Their service, quality and attention to detail is second to none. They have supplied and installed our glass pool fencing, floor to ceiling windows, louvers and screens, on time and budget. Can't wait to finish the next stage of renos to get our doors ordered!👍 Thanks for an amazing job guys!

North Queensland Glass were so helpful when I renovated my house this year. They directed me on products for my windows and bathroom that will last longer in the tropical climate, withstand wear and tear from tenants and still have the queenslander style that I was looking for. They also convinced me to use darker more reflective glass in my windows which was a blessing as it made a made my house much cooler in summer and gave me more privacy being on a busy main street.

They also gave me great advice on how to look after and clean the windows, shower screen etc which I thought was a nice extra compared to the experiences I had with other trades.

Totally recommend using them!
