Big thank you to Russell and his Northam Car Care team. I’m not one to leave reviews but had to drop 5 stars for his assistance as the Northam RAC contractor after my car had issues starting recently and him being able to fit my car in on short notice for a starter motor replacement and get it in working order again. Russell was friendly, well informed and very transparent with pricing. Staff at the workshop (unfortunately didn’t grab their names!) were great as well.

Big, big thank you to Russell & his team at Northam Car Care. As the RAC Northam rep he checked the car out, organized the towing then fitted a new starter motor & battery at the workshop. And to top off the already first class service Russell (& his wife) drove the car back to the caravan park we were staying at in Toodyay. Excellent service all round!

Russell & Nat while incredibly busy still manage to get things fixed, being the R.A.C. operative means he is frequently called away, so repairs may take a bit longer but this is offset by the quality of the work, he fixed my ute for $100. After 5 other repairers had tried to fix it or quoted prices beyond what the ute was worth to fix the issue!
