Excellent service from Paul and the team at the front counter! Very insightful and over the phone service is top notch, been dealing with the team at nut and bolt for 25+ years never had a drama and we highly recommend to others trades and customers because of their wide range inventory and good working knowledge on not just nut and bolts, and what they dont have they can get!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I had a terrible experience at [Nut & Bolt Factory]. They have a $10 minimum spend policy and don't accept cash, which seems overly focused on profits. When I purchased 18 basic bolts, they were not correct. And to add insult to injury, the correct bolts were $10 more expensive than the originals, despite being virtually identical (just with an Allan key head). Avoid this store at all costs! They clearly don't value their customers or prioritize their needs.
