Exceptional Service from Dianah, Tim and the team!

Wow, what can I say? Dianah, Tim and the teams knowledge and expertise truly stand out! Until recently, I had no idea what Nutrien was all about, but now they’ve become my go-to for all my reticulation needs—which, let’s be honest, seems to be a regular occurrence while I get my sprinklers up to par! Haha.

They’re always more than happy to walk me through everything, answer any questions (no matter how small), and make sure I leave with exactly what I need. Their customer service is top-notch, and they always greet you with a friendly smile.

In a time of a lot of talk about bad service I can’t believe how fabulous the team at Rockingham Nutrien are! Tim & Di were amazing with their help & guidance. Tim went out of his way to help us with an issue with our retic - even visiting our home & providing a solution. Dealing with Tim & Nutrien Rockingham has been an absolute pleasure - we can’t rate their service high enough. Other businesses could take a lesson from them in great customer service

I can’t thank Tim the Branch Manager enough for his amazing customer service, as a pensioner and Widow I had a great deal of stress with my pool and this young man went over and beyond to get me sorted, even googled items, offered to put equipment all together for me and sourced best prices. Oh and he even gave me his own cords to make my job a little bit easier. Bring on the rain I’m all set for no more overflow and my stress levels are gone. Thanks Tim I’ll shout your name to everyone I know
