Excellent service from Jodie upon entry into Reception right through to the day I left. Details and information regarding room/s, location, parking on entry and exit were explained clearly. Rooms were clean and tidy and were spacious, Fully kitted with all needed for an apartment with microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils with cooktops. Very happy with all with my stay and upon return will stay at the same. Well done Jodie and thankyou for your 10/10 Service

Exploring Ipswich: A Business Trip with Surprises|During my recent 12-day business engagement in Ipswich, I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. My one-bedroom apartment offered a spacious layout, complete with a kitchen, lounge area, and separate bedroom. The addition of a washing machine and dryer was a thoughtful touch, making my stay more convenient.||Each day, I found myself unwinding by the inviting swimming pool—an excellent spot to relax after busy meetings. One of the unexpected perks was the secure parking, especially since it was complimentary. However, maneuvering a medium-sized vehicle into the tight parking space required a bit of skill.||The building had an older charm, but most rooms had been modernized and were clean. There were minor maintenance issues, like some light mold in the bathroom and a few cracked tiles on the balcony, but these were easy to overlook.||One downside was the housekeeping schedule; cleaning only occurred once a week, and I received just one packet of dishwashing and laundry supplies. This meant frequent trips to reception for fresh towels and sheets. It’s worth noting that the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in both the bedroom and lounge made for cool, restful nights.||For a reasonable price, I enjoyed good accommodations and stunning views—just be sure to request a room on the opposite side of the train line to avoid potential noise. If you do end up on that side, the double-glazed windows help keep the sound at bay. Overall, my stay in Ipswich was enjoyable and exceeded my expectations!

We had a wonderful trip to celebrate a friend's wedding. The Oaks was nice a close to local cafes and restaurants. Particularly the bakehouse stake house was and amazing dining experience. The Oaks pool and lounge area was welcoming and relaxing g.

We felt so welcomed and were so impressed with the rooms and location. Pool towels provided and extra room supplies on request. Just 10 mins walk to Riverlink plaza. Had a lovely private big balcony looking onto the park, church and gorgeous jacaranda trees. Thankyou!!

The staff were helpful & pleasant though we were given the wrong room, we were supposed to be overlooking the park ..
no hand towels or washers just 2 towels ?
certainly overpriced for in at 14:00 - out 10am 20 hrs

Firstly, let's begin with the parking situation. It's advisable not to use the parking if you have a large car, as the spaces are quite small and there are poles sticking out, which can be stressful to navigate.

Upon arrival, we were informed that the hot water system had a blown pipe, affecting the entire building. Initially, there was no water at all, and later, just no hot water. Consequently, we were unable to shower during our stay, which was disappointing considering the lovely pool and hot tub facilities. On a positive note, they do have a small sauna where you can relax afterward, which was a nice touch.

Another inconvenience was that the air conditioning systems in all rooms are interconnected with each other. This meant that we couldn't control our heating independently if the other parts of the building had their air conditioners set differently. However, Reception was incredibly helpful in addressing this issue. They promptly offered alternative solutions and even suggested moving us to another room to ensure our comfort, albeit it was a downgrade from our current accommodation. We chose to stay put, and in recognition of the inconvenience, they graciously discounted our stay by 50%.

Despite these challenges, the reception staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Their outstanding service truly made a difference, and despite the initial setbacks, we had an overall amazing experience. We would definitely consider returning, solely due to the exceptional service we received.

Rooms are equipped with kitchen and wash machine. Close to center and railway station. Although it's next to railway, noise is never my concerning point

Very disappointed with how I’ve been handled.
I’ve been cancelled by the accommodation because of a booking computer malfunction.

I know that other people that booked after me and they still haven’t been cancelled……..

I rang and spoke to your call center, not to sure what country that was in but they told me I still had the booking. Because of the lack of communication skills from your call center I rang back again to ask to speak to the hotel manager, Brooke, I think!

It’s taken you 5 weeks to work out there had been a massive stuff up. Meanwhile I can’t get accommodation in town now!
You took 5 weeks to tell me I don’t have accommodation for my dates…..

Your reply for another accommodation option was to book and stay in Brisbane, not to sure if you’re aware that’s about 40km’s away from the location I need to walk to Ipswich.
You offered no help!!!!! You didn’t even try to get us other accommodation to compensate for your mess!
If we were to stay in Brisbane are you supplying complement transfers and the same priced accommodation For the 4/5 days I have booked for?

You actually not aware of the upset and trauma you’ve caused in our house tonight.
My daughter & I were supposed to stay in this building with some of her team members for state age netball and now she can’t!

I’m so disappointed with this company & how it was miss handled, no one cares how much you’ve upset a team of young ladies!
