After searching through a heap of resources, fb groups and reddit threads we were finally convinced on purchasing a vending machine from Romaine whom owns Ogre machines. Since purchasing the machine everything has flowed perfectly. From the back and fourth communication/support to the unwavering knowledge and service from Romaine in regards to the business side of things and the vending machine itself. The machine is sleek whilst the operation and functionality of it calls for considerable finesse.
I can’t recommend Romaine and his vending machines enough and I cannot wait to purchase our next one.

We recently bought three vending machines from Ogre Vending. Communication was excellent - Romain answered any questions we had, sent us photos and videos and was honest about every scratch or issue with the machines.

He also went above and beyond to help get them transported to us safely (over 1600km's away) and we really appreciated how much effort he put in.

We would definitely recommend and use again!

Amazing experience with Romain, genuine experience throughout the whole process - from purchasing, marketing, stocks vendors etc he helps with the lot. Weekly check ins also. Great service!!
