Fabulous gin tasting experience.. 2 tasters & our designated driver all had a great afternoon with Claire & Alice at On Country Craft Distillery; tasting gin, hearing interesting tidbits about the ingredients & learning how Claires gin is made using sustainable principles.
This is a small home based distillery showcasing lots of amazing bush tucker, making delicious gin with really interesting flavour profiles. We left with 3 bottles & the happy knowledge that we can purchase more online & have it sent..
If you like gin, we would highly recommend booking a tasting with Claire.

By the greatest of coincidences, we discovered this delightful micro-distillery at Claire's house. The tasting was fabulous, accompanied by high-quality storytelling. Claire is a true enthusiast of Australian plants and all the aromas they offer. The different gins are original and delicious, all set in a charming environment. We had a wonderful time! Clair and Jenny were so welcoming. The variety of bush tucker used in their gins was amazing. I learnt so much about native plants in regards to flavours and scents. I highly recommend doing a tasting, Clair is a great laugh. Thank you so much for seeing us last minute. Definitely recommend checking this distillery out. Delicious gin. We even got to be Guinea pigs for one of their Christmas Gin’s they’re bringing out. Keep an eye out. It was like a cinnamon bun ❤️
