Had the most amazing weekend here. I would like to give a shout out to Nicole and her husband. The food was the best!!! This place is bucket worthy. A very beautiful outback experience you won't want to miss. Lovely accommodation with a few options on what type of accommodation from pricey to more cost affordable. Plenty to do here, there's walking tracks for avid hiker. A cute little look out in top of a hill with the view extending across Undoolya Station right through to Alice Springs. There's a cut little table and chairs up on the hill so you can watch the sunset, and if you are smart enough take some bubbles and nibbles. There is a fairly new oasis pool a stone throw away from the bar and restaurant. I had two issues; no cold water available in the cabin fridge, and someone turned off the hot water tap so ended up having a cold shower. P.S if you're a animal lover like me you'll enjoy the baby goats and Donkey roaming around ? keep an eye eye for the three legged goat ?♑

I enjoyed Ooraminna Station so much that I extended my two-night stay for a further night. The scenery was magnificent, the campground was well set out, and the ablutions block was clean with lovely hot showers.
I bought dinners on two nights and received a generous serving of steak/chops with vegetables and salads. As I was travelling on my own, the owner and staff made me feel welcome and invited me to sit with them at mealtimes.
The owner and staff made every effort to ensure I was comfortable and well-looked after, and I will definitely return.

We camped in our van at Ooraminna Station and enjoyed dining at the homestead where Kathy’s hospitality was excellent. | The wild rocky landscape, the beautiful swimming pool, unusual features including the film set, the pretty goats and Fiona the donkey made our couple of days here very enjoyable.

I had the best experience staying in the Stone Lodge at Ooraminna Station last month. I was so looking forward to this rustic stay the most out of my entire trip to the Outback. It was Beyond my expectations! The caretakers Leo and Bianca were perfect hosts! I was pretty much the only one there, and they made me feel so at home. I can't believe they run take care of that huge property, the animals the guests and the restaurant all by themselves! Amazing. My cabin was nice, and cozy and clean. Fiona the donkey became my instant friend. She stuck by me from the minute we met. I wish I could have taken her home. Thanks Leo for the top notch meals that you created just for me. And Thanks Bianca for being such a great host! I miss it there already.

First booking for the year. Had the place to all to our own. The dog is my new friend and the donkey loves a head scratch. |Campground is probably the prettiest I’ve seen tbh for that rustic feel. Deck is amazing and the pool was awesome.||Had a good yarn to the owner, obvious that she cares. ||The couple with her helping on site were lovely.||Only issue is I didn’t book a second night.

I had my one of the worst experience at this place last night. I would recommend no one to stay at this place.we booked two home stay around $800 for one night. A guy who introduced himself as a manager was so drunk he keeps us threatening multiple times to kick us out from that home stay. We were two families with two little kids went there to celebrate our kid’s birthday night. Neither of us ever drink nor we we were involve in any inappropriate activities that were beyond that home stays regulation. A duty manager completely drunk and keeps on threatening multiple times, how does it make sense that complies with any hospitality organisation’s legislation. We were harassed and threatened multiple times by that completely intoxicated manager.
The manager’s behaviour resembled psyched cold blooded perpetrator. For our own safety we left that place before midnight. We will definitely talk with the owner about the matter which any of the staff didn’t let us to have it yesterday night….

We went for tapas and a swim. A lovely, relaxing day. Food was generous and delicious. Staff were warm and friendly. The pool was cool but we got in anyway.
