I ordered chilli cheese chips, but was disappointed with the very small serving I received. When I asked for appropriate amount of sauce, I was charged more, which felt unnecessary. It would have been nice to get a more reasonable portion and better value for the cost. Not quite what I expected. Never coming back

A quiet Wednesday afternoon at Willows and decided I’d get an Oporto Meal. Order the Rappa meal. Took 10 minutes to come out even though there was no one else waiting for food. Then the chips looked and tasted like they had been double cooked. The chicken was dry. Suck a shame as usually the meals are great here.

Just spent $50 on my uber eats order for my chips to be stale and old. My wrap had the smallest 3 bits of chicken and also too dry for me to eat. I’ve tried to call 7 times and no answer!!! Not ordering from here again.

Whenever we do online order and wait for our turn, they don't have the chicken. Waited for 20 minutes, went to get the order, they said no chicken.
Not even returning money, saying you will get refund next day.

This is a really great place to eat at Willows 🙂 The staff and manager are always friendly, professional and helpful. The food here is made to perfection, always hot and seasoned well 🙂 And it's good bang for your buck too. Will be returning again!

Taste blunt and burnt, portion is extremely less.
Have eaten at Oporto’s branches before. This is the worst one.
