If we could give 6 stars, we would. Had a fabulous experience with Kylie first and then Hayden. 4 month road trip - from Melbourne. Broke our Prado back door and car couldn’t be locked. 2 month wait time for all repairs all over Alice (I went to six mechanics!). Hayden took time out and sorted us the best he could (lockable door!) and got us on our way again.
Seriously - everyone was so nice! It was a fabulous “people” experience in Alice. So happy. ?

What an amazing experience. These guys are great! Kylie was really understanding about the distance I needed to travel and was very willing to accommodate my needs, it was really appreciated. Especially after the run around the other place gave me. The work on my car was amazing and really quick, especially when they had to get everything from Adelaide. If you need any panel work, I 100% suggest Kylie and Hayden and their team! 10/10 in everything, work, customer service, etc. Thank you guys!

Fantastic service. P&V are amazing.
I needed a quote for a damaged Bonnet.
Just with a few images sent to Kylie, I got a quote sent back to me within half an hour! Courteous, friendly and polite. A great experience after a nerve wracking collision. Highly recommended!

Really helpful, honest and friendly staff and excellent, quick service. They gave me a no BS quote and also a quick fix as they were understanding of my situation. This was my first time at P & V and I was in a tight situation, needing an urgent solution.
