From the very beginning of our kitchen and cabinetry journey was exciting and professional. We had the pleasure of having Daniel Soo be our sales consultant who took us through all our options and provided his honest opinion of what would work for our home and ideas.
We were building our first new home and was quite nervous and confused with all the options on hand. We did change our minds a few times however Daniel was very patient with us and explained all our options. I put my full trust in him on the layout of the kitchen in which ended up being perfect. The bin in the right place, spice rack to the right of the cook top, drawers being the right size and depth. Everything was well thought of, and our kitchen just flows perfectly.
We are extremely happy with (a) the level of professionalism from Daniel the sales consultant to the stone masons, and cabinet maker's (b) The quality of the cabinets that was installed.
We highly recommend Pacific Kitchens to anyone; you won't be disappointed.

We are now the very proud owners of a stunning kitchen installed by Pacific Kitchens, who were strongly recommended to us ........ and we were not disapppointed.

From the time we first entered the show room we could see what we wanted and what we didn't want. When we had an idea of what we wanted, Daniel Soo showed us how we could achieve the result for our budget.

Kelvin the cabinetmaker was absolutely meticulous, and the kitchen is perfect and looks stunning. The estimated time from destruction of the old kitchen to completion of the new kitchen took longer than the estimated 2 weeks due to a hold up of materials. However, we were kept informed and it was well worth the wait.

We recently had large renovation done and our builder recommended PK to design and supply the kitchen. we had an idea in mind and explained it to Daniel, he came up with his own design and we are glad we listened to him, the kitchen turned out perfect and is the talking point of everyone that comes over. PK also got us great deals on the appliances and everything was delivered on time. The finished installation is amazing and very functional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a top quality kitchen.

Pacific Kitchens were easy to deal with from the first contact with Daniel Soo. We are located over 100 kilometres from Cairns, and were building a new home. With careful planning and phone consultations along with face-to-face and onsite meetings everything progressed well. Daniel worked in well with the home-builder and other trades as the build progressed.
From the beginning Daniel appeared genuinely interested and did not push for a figure, instead he designed a beautiful functional kitchen and appropriately suggested finishes that reflected our desire. If the finishes were a little outside our budget, he cleverly made alternative options of finishes, or modified the design in order that the quality end product was not compromised.
Daniel has an in-depth knowledge of and great experience within the industry, he pays particular attention to detail, listens and considers the customer's ideas, he can cleverly adapt design features and finishes to complement the customers ideas and at all times was extremely pleasant and very professional. He was confident that the excellent reputation of Pacific Kitchens from the design, the building and installation would live up to, or even exceed our expectations and we agree. Understandably there were a couple of "hick ups" along the way which were handled very well, without stress and resulted in positive outcomes. We have, and will continue to recommend Pacific Kitchens as a professional company and Daniel Soo as an outstanding representative.

We were advised that Pacific Kitchens had installed the cabinets in the home we had recently purchased. Being impressed with their workmanship, we contacted Donna regarding installation of additional cabinetry.
Though busy with larger projects, Daniel came to offer advice, measure and quote, with our job then completed efficiently and professionally.

Pacific Kitchens was engaged to fit-out all cabinetry and joinery works on our new residential project "Poolwood".

Daniel Soo coordinated all aspects, from regular client meetings, both in house and onsite, and overseed installation and final finishes.
The end product is testimony to "Pacific's" attention to precise and exacting detail throughout the entire house, from kitchen, to pantry, laundry, robes, built in living room cabinetry, and beyond.

Absolutely amazing to deal with, from start to finish. Every person we dealt with from Pacific was amazing, professional, and highly skilled! Nothing was too much trouble for them & they made the whole process run so smoothly. I did a kitchen in my house in Sydney 4 years ago and it was nothing but stress and headaches. 3 months later they were still coming back to fix things. Being able to have the appliances delivered straight to them (so they had all the measurements physically there, for the stone) and have them bring them on install day was such a breeze. The kitchen in this house has to be the smallest I have ever had. But they made so much use of space. Just the cornice now and some paint and it will be completed. Thank you all so much. We are so happy with the end results. If you are looking for a kitchen company, you will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful experience with Pacific Kitchens! We dealt with many staff members from Sales, cabinet instal,factory, stone installers, and support staff. Every single person was wonderful to deal with, and so helpful! Work quality and advice was excellent. As we were only retrofitting doors and adding new benchtops it would have been easy for Pacific to focus on other higher cost installations. But it never felt that way. Everyone was so responsive! We are very happy with our kitchen. Would recommend Pacific Kitchen to everyone!
