Hopeless. We wanted a very nice, fairly expensive marble (Viola Ligera) and we couldn't even get past an employee named Roberta to arrange someone to come and measure up for a quote. She asked for measurements on a sketch which we did (note we are not tradespeople so it was rough). we did it to the best of our ability and tried to get them to come out and do the quote for an accurate measurement. Roberta and the sales team completely ghosted us after that. I'm sure the installation and pieces are lovely but when you can't get good customer service from the front facing staff it really damages the immediate impression. We went with another company in the end.

Everyone we dealt with at Pacific Stone were very professional. From Tiana in the office who actively followed up on delivery of our first choice of stone from overseas, to getting us an alternate stone when it wasn't going to be available due to shipping issues, through to the install team (sorry guys, I don't remember your names) who were truly professional and did a first class install job right down to getting every seam and every caulk line perfectly lined up. We are very happy that we chose your team to put the finishing touch on our kitchen.

TLDR: Pacific stone attempted to add $500 to our quote after the check measure due to the configuration of our sink. Ended up cancelling order.

Engaged pacific stone at the start of 2023 for a YDL stone for our laundry, paid the ~$350 more for an under-mount sink option. It’s relevant to note there was no other sink mounting options provided by pacific stone so I just paid for that given our farmhouse sink was going to be under-mount. Upon check measure all was going well until that afternoon I received an invoice for ~$500 from the sales team due to the “farmhouse” mounting of our sink. I asked for pacific stone to justify this $500 addition, their response was that is is more “labour intensive”. I asked them to explain how so this is more labor intensive? 3 cuts (farmhouse) vs 4 cuts (undermount) and 3 sides (farmhouse) to polish vs 4 sides to polish (undermount). No one ended up explaining this to me, I may of been open to paying the difference in price if they could justify it. The order was cancelled and I was refunded the money. I ended up going to AAA absolute stone who had much better customer service, were $30 cheaper for the exact same YDL stone and DID NOT charge extra for a farmhouse mounted sink. I would recommend AAA absolute stone over pacific stone

Charged a premium price for a factory seconds product, and no customer service too boot. I’d give zero stars if I could!

Pacific stone installed my bench top in my new kitchen. The company doing the Kitchen reno arranged the install which all occurred as they arranged.

The problem was that there was a fault in the stone, a bright pink mark in the stone. I have no idea how it passed QA at manufacturing or how it wasn’t picked up when the stone was cut. The biggest issue was that there was zero communication from pacific stone in relation to the matter. It took over 2 weeks to get someone to come look at it, and this didn’t happen the first time the fault was brought to their attention. Apparently they also couldn’t be bothered letting the repairer know that they’d booked him to come fix it either at the specified time either, so instead of coming between 8 & 9 it was more like 10:30 when he turned up.

For quality & customer service, I’d definitely look elsewhere.

Very professional services. Lady at the reception (Tiana) is very helpful for everything from beginning. Even selecting right product and colour for our benchtop.
Also, when we approaching to the site Worksop staff were kind and polite and given us a right direction. Gentleman who came to get the measurement was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Also, tow gentleman came to install the benchtop were very professional what they do. Overall, we are very happy with your service.
