Had an amazing experience in this branch. I haven't a clue of how shipping works and had a bit of a complicated first-time experience that I needed help with and Amber delivered amazingly. I was so impressed with Amber's service and the subsequent delivery of the package. In less than 24 hours the parcel was successfully delivered to my client. The service component that I appreciated the most was the obvious experience that Amber has, and her honesty in providing a realistic picture of how the delivery could go. Amber and Storm were amazing, I bought some rims for my car from WA (I live in QLD).
Amber's professionalism & can do attitude made dealing with her remotely so very easy.
She kept me Up to date, let me know when the rims were ready to send, even arranged for me to pick them up at a Pack &send near me, to save a little money.
