This option worked so well, fabulous service. Daughter moving to Norway to study , sent computer packed with winter clothes for added protection.arrived within a few days , all the way to Tromso in the Arctic Circle, in tip top condition.Much safer and much more economical than any excess luggage options.. Great help and support from team at Brookvale working out packing options and great communication with daughter in Norway. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent experience with Pack and Send in Brookvale. Both Paul and Kiran were friendly and very helpful. It made the task of sending my delicate artwork so much easier than I’d anticipated. Great that there is parking outside as well. I’ll definitely use this company again in the future

I had to get a parcel from Manly, NSW to Port Douglas in 3 days which was cutting things fine already. With COVID - this wasn’t making anything easier.
I contacted Pack & Send in Brookvale and the service received was fantastic.I literally got an email the next day (1 day later) to say that my parcel had been delivered in Port Douglas! Just unbelievable service all round from the team at Brookvale! I highly recommend you and will 100% be returning for future services! So friendly, helpful, efficient, professional and reliable! I purchased an item from interstate and the sender had no means to pack it. Rather than miss out on the item, the seller kindly took it to Pack & Send at Brookvale.
I’ve avoided using Pack & Send in the past as the costs are usually high compared to just using a courier service, but this process was very easy, and most importantly, my item arrived safely packed and quite quickly.
