drop to store on wednesday 5, told delivery would be monday 10th/tuesday11th by road as trucks run all weekend. Tracking has updated now to say it'll be another week to 10 days (17-20) missing the deadline for why the item was sent.

I could have packed it in a suitcase flown to Brisbane return cheaper than the express freight costs, delivered the item and been home the same day. Now the whole event is missed.

I live in New York, I contacted Pack and Send randomly because they were relatively close to an address in Perth Australia that I wanted to have some ceramic items picked up from and shipped on to me in the US.
From the beginning, Michael (the person I was in contact with) was so good about getting back to me, answering all my emails and following up throughout the shipping process. As I open the boxes (14 of them) I am just so happy with how well everything was packed that I had to stop unpacking boxes to write this review. The care and respect with which they treated my things is so evident.
I can’t imagine that there are too many companies out there that will do a better job. I am very grateful.

This company does not know what import and export are. I sent my move, clothes, shoes and decoration items from Perth to Brazil and made it very clear that I wanted everything paid for at the destination. After I paid for a destination 122kms from my residence in Brazil, they sent it to a destination 800km away. Now the port of destination is charging me for withdrawal of almost the same amount that I paid to send. I was deceived by the incompetence of the issuer of this company.

Took me 2 days of reading reviews, price comparison, calls and finally I settled with this guys.
My 8 suitcases were professionally packed and sealed onto a pallet and sent to Europe.
Tony from Pack and Send diligently adviced about pros and cons of having everything onto a pallet rather than loose (8 suitcases might be misplaced by different overseas operators). He also have sent me the paperwork and went over it when collected, to ensure everything was right.

Excellent service - a good team to work with. We needed some arrangements made for our shipment (a guitar) and everything was clear and transparent. The delivery was ultra speedy and the instrument arrived in perfect condition. One tip is to see if you can arrange for P & S to ship Depot to Depot, that way your package is not left on a doorstep and you do not have to be at home waiting - you can just call your local P & S Depot and collect when it suits you.

We recently used Pack & Send to move some items from WA to QLD, both large bulky items (furniture) and extremely fragile items (china tea set and misc items.) We were extremely impressed with their professionalism, helpfulness, friendliness and efficiency.Nothing was too much trouble for them. These guys went above and beyond their duty of care and I would like to highly recommend them to anyone who is worried about how to move anything at all over long or short distances, be it large or small.
