Mike from pack and send was fantastic at arranging for my large 70x55cm framed photographic artwork to be shipped from Perth back to Melbourne. Arrived early in 4 days. Packaging was perfect, to the exact size, making sure that there was no damage to the print or frame.

So impressed with the personal service and advice from Mike, and the stellar packing of an antique bed frame that had to transit from friends in Perth to our home in Sydney. Helpful with pricing estimates, well organised and friendly pick up. Pack & Send finished the packing with a sturdy box to ensure the bed frame arrived in pristine condition. Delivery at the Sydney end was also very friendly and polite. Highly recommended.

I had to contact Pack and Send support three times over the course of a month to finally get a quote on sending personal items for a move from Perth to USA. Every time I contacted, I a was asked for the same tedious information only to never hear back from the "quote experts."

I ended up going with Seven Seas Worldwide which had a much more streamlined and transparent pricing structure, with prices that lined up about with what I ended up getting quoted by Pack and Send.
