WOW! I don't know where to start! Fantastic service all round!
Anna is a doll, from first point of contact she super helpful and super friendly.
I had been mucked around to get some books shipped from NZ, Anna and Shailendra were on to it. It arrived so quickly. The books were packed so well and secure as they are vintage books with a sentimental value to me and they all knew it. So the made sure they were looked after.
Went to pick them up and WOW the vibe just tops off this fabulous experience with them! Thank you!!! 🫶

Anna and Shailendra went above and beyond, delivering some of the best service imaginable. We needed urgent deliveries of our club’s scarves to two customers before their overseas departures, and they didn’t just make it happen they exceeded expectations.

Not only did they personally deliver the scarves on a Sunday, but they also took a photo of the customers proudly wearing them and sent it to us. A truly thoughtful touch that brought smiles all around.

Shailendra was increadible, taking the care to ring the transport companies in advance to check they could do what we wanted, plus having contingency plans in place with his Pack & Send colleagues in Ballarat. He even rang me to let me know that our precious and fragile shipment we gave to him in Concord in Sydney on Monday afternoon was delivered to a property outside Ballarat at 11:35am the the next day.
