My experience with Pack & Send Joondalup was without doubt best-in-class and extremely satisfying. The staff in the new management team were extremely knowledgeable and customer-focused. I needed to ship an extremely valuable item to NSW, and I was understandably somewhat concerned about security issues. After discussing the matter with the front counter Pack & Send team member, I was immediately satisfied that my shipment was in safe hands. I would not hesitate to recommend the new Pack & Send Joondalup team to anyone requiring a best-in-class freight forwarding service. I can't wait for my next need to use this wonderful service.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
I sent 5 parcels with pack and send four months ago, four of them arrived without a problem, the last one arrive a few days later but not in the box that I sent it in. It was repacked into a bigger box and had FedEx stickers and several FRAGILE labels attached to it. When I unpacked the box I noticed a few things were missing. I contacted customer support, who took a while to respond and then said that my original box broke and they had to repack it. I had paid for the extra warranty and so asked if I would be compensated and they said that the carrier would have had no reason to not pack everything back in the box and so they can’t compensate me for it but as a “goodwill gesture” they would send me $15. A month after the package arrived I was all of a sudden charged $102 from pack and send. I contacted customer service again and asked about the extra charge, thinking there must have been a mistake - I have not received any receipt or explanation of the charge. Pack and send told me that in their fine print it says they can just add additional charges to your booking. They told me it was a manual handling fee for the fragile sticker on the parcel. After explaining that I didn’t put it on, providing photo evidence of the boxes I sent and the one that arrived, I have now been waiting for over 2 months for my money back. I frequently send emails to the customer service trying to resolve the matter but it usually takes 2 weeks for them to reply and it never helps to resolve the matter. I can only advise against using this service as their fine print says they can just charge you additional fees without your consent or any control over it.

In person service was excellent. Prompt delivery I sent it from Joondalup on Monday, flew out to Adelaide on Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday. More than happy with this company would recommend to friends

Pack and send Joondalup's service is just awesome. Peninah in particular was amazing helping me organize a door-to-door service from South Africa to Australia.

Peninah did all the proverbial donkey work leaving me with just providing information. Parcel arrived spot on time. Too easy.

I highly recommend Pack & send Joondalup. Will certainly use their service in future.
