Recently sent a box of Vinyl LP's to my son in the UK. Pack and Send had the best price we could find and the service was fantastic. It felt like Owen looked after the gear as if it was his own stuff. We were super impressed with the time it took for the package to get there considering we went with the lowest price option. 100% recommend and will not hesitate to use again if we need to. Thanks!

I buy vintage motorcycle parts from all over Australia. I get the seller to drop at their nearest pack and send. Package shows up at Pack and send Kewdale which is close to where I will work. The guy a kewdale calls me. I collect. It's so easy and convenient

Owen at Pack and Send Welshpool is an absolute LEGEND! Friendly, efficient, and solutions focused, the whole experience was only topped by his attention to detail and high level of customer service. I sent not one, but two pallets of goods over to regional NSW, in different states of readiness when I arrived at the depot. Owen bent over backwards to help every time I turned up, and not only packed but I noticed repacked some of my items where he saw they could be better protected. As a result in two pallets, with a LOT of fragile items, there was not a single breakage. We highly recommend and my family thanks you so much Owen!

I recently had to send a lot of boxes to Singapore, and using PACK & SEND Welshpool was the best idea I've had in ages! Owen was so patient, understanding and helpful. You couldn't ask for better service and I appreciated all the time he spent answering my questions. The prices were reasonable and the process was extremely efficient.
