The boxes are okay as expected.
The team behind the ideas of the boxes are really nice! They spoke with us and design the interior of our boxes. It worked really well.
But the front desk? Terrible customer service and communication. It may help if they have a better way not just to communicate to the clients but also to search on the clients history, so we don't have to remember their codes.
Felt like I was asking too much, when I just want more of the same boxes that I'd purchased before.
