Purchased some goat hearts in a packet but when we open it there were rotten and smelly hearts except just one piece that was fresh.

We were their regular customers until today. Since this is the closest halal meat shop to us we used to buy meats there. We usually buy some spices and groceries with the meat. 2 weeks before we bought mixed grains and dhal which are expired before the date we bought it. We didn't have time to check each and every expiry date while purchasing. While cooking only we realised that those are expired.

So after checking the expiry date we directly took them to the store. But they refused to pay us back because they said we should have brought the receipt. In this busy life we re not able to secure each and every grocery shopping receipts. By showing the racks we told the staffs that still all the expired products are on the rack. But they said let them be like that. Anyway we cant pay back you without receipts. We told that the card payment history is on app. So why cant you check your history on the same day on that particular time. They said they dont keep the records! Please don't cheat your regular customers. For them its just 10$. But for us as students its a big amount.

Very much disappointed by these staffs. If they sell these expired products continuously definitely they are going to lose all their customers. They should apologise for their mistake and pay back their customers for selling expired foods.

Bought goat curry pieces washed in hot water thoroughly and unfortunately ended up with lot of hair during eating at the dining table. All went vain and some family members started vomiting....oh my God....Please have clean meat.

Poor quality meat. We bough shanks and he mixed displayed shanks with different ones and one shank went off as soon as we got home. Worst customer service. Few months back we bought dried Figs and dried dates. They were out of date and some had little worms. The man refused when we took it back. Shame on label Halal.
