My family and I stayed in our caravan for two nights, with a package that included breakfast and entry to all parks. Our stay was fantastic; all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the farm was well-maintained and charming. The children loved waking up to the cows and horses right next to us, and the campfire night was a wonderful addition. We will definitely be back

Stayed in a Premium Family Eco tent for our family of 5, and it was really comfy and a great experience. The kids loved the morning farm activities that were included with the Farmstay, and the evening fireplace and lawn games were a hit too!

We felt the pricing was fairly reasonable all round. And the location was amazing with super close proximity to the theme parks we were visiting. Breakfast at the Farmhouse Restaurant was delicious and fresh for a buffet (plus really good coffee!).

Really the only fault (and it’s pretty minor in the scheme of things) is that the additional stretcher bed for our 3rd child wasn’t made up (even though I’d phoned ahead to double check this in the week prior). But they were quick to rectify and get it set up (it just wasn’t made up).

One final point - the final night of our 3 night stay it rained very heavily most of the night, but our tent stayed completely dry inside. It made our non-camping fam pretty happy that we chose the glamping option and us and all our stuff stayed dry!

We recently stayed two nights at Paradise Country Farmstay in a family eco tent. The tent itself was comfortable, featuring an ensuite bathroom, a queen bed, and two bunks. Our kids especially loved the sunrise and sunset farm activities – definitely a highlight of the stay.||The tent had a pedestal fan which was very helpful on the first night, as it was quite hot. On the second night, we had rain and storms. There was only a small leak in the ensuite from water pooling on the roof, which was manageable. One thing to note – there are very few power points, so if you’re bringing multiple devices, it’s a good idea to pack a power board.||Dining options are extremely limited. Dinner is only available on Friday and Saturday nights, which isn’t clear when booking. Breakfast was included in our stay. We were originally told it would be a plated meal, but it turned out to be a buffet – a pleasant surprise.||The location is fantastic if you're planning to visit the Gold Coast theme parks – they’re all close by, which made things very convenient.||However, the communication from the accommodation was disappointing. We were originally meant to arrive on a Sunday during Cyclone Alfred. Thankfully, I had been monitoring their social media and saw a post on the Thursday before saying they would be closed until at least Monday. We never received any direct communication from Paradise Country about the closure. Had I not seen that post, we would have arrived to find the gates shut. Their phone lines were also down, which led to a frustrating loop of automated messages, and there was no response to emails – a major letdown in terms of guest communication.||Dining arrangements were also poorly managed. I had booked dinner for the Sunday and Monday nights months in advance through their website. Less than a week before arrival, I received cancellation emails for both bookings with no explanation. I called the number provided, left two voicemails, and never heard back.||While the farmstay itself has charm and a great location, the lack of communication and limited dining options left us disappointed. Hopefully, these areas improve, as the overall concept and setting have great potential.

I had a very interesting experience staying on the farm. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom. My kids enjoyed their stay immensely and wished we could extend it for a few more nights. The only downside was the limited menu at the restaurant, and the food was just average. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

Our kids love staying here. It’s like having their own private zoo. The staff are super friendly and always willing to answer their questions. A special mention to Doni in the restaurant she was so helpful and lovely. Also great to be so close to the theme parks and top golf at night for dinner and drinks.

Farm stay tent and bed was comfortable, has everything you need, including a car park out the front which was good if you need to carry bags inside.

Unfortunately that’s where the comfort stopped for us. Staff across all areas, excluding a few genuine customer service gems, it seemed that most employees either didn’t want to be there or have been enabled to continuously be aggressive or rude to paying customers. Bit my tongue a few times. No ‘country’ hospitality to speak of.

Inconsistent timing of shows that lack the bare minimum entertainment of kids and don’t even provide what they advertise.
One in particular was supposed to go for 20mins…I timed it at 6mins.

We were up early to participate in the first activities, which is great when you have a young kid excited for the day ahead. On a side note, breakfast buffet was a hit.
basic hot breakfast choices but done well. what is lacking is once you've completed the those first activities, you have to wait quite a while until another activity is open or available. Not even the cafe next to the playground is open. A missed opportunity to not only provide a service for paying guests, regardless of off peak timing, but also to make money as a venue. I guess all the grumpy staff wanted to sleep in.

In conclusion I feel that as it’s not a busy time of year and a wet weekend, they didn’t put the effort into their guests. No discounts on cost, only on the over all experience we take home with us.
As a management, I would overhaul the customer service and create a welcoming environment to goes with the beautiful country surrounding.

We stayed in a family glamping tent that was clean and comfortable beyond our expectations. The park was well manicured with staff that are proud of the farm and animals that are well looked after. Having the dusk and dawn animal activities was really appreciated by our a 5 & 3 year olds. We even got to see the baby koala being active on its own 🐨 Thank you to all for a wholesome family stay.

We stayed in tent 136. It has no air con and it’s summer. We were woken by the heat at 6:30AM which was extremely unpleasant. The bed takes up the entire room so it was not at all “luxury”
The neighbours were loud for most of the night and there were no power points to charge my phone. We had to use the only power points in the bedroom to use the fan.
The buffet breakfast had flies all around the food and only two juice flavours
options(pineapple and orange),
I won’t stay here again. My son wanted to leave because he disliked it that much and he’s been looking forward to this holiday for months
