If you're selling a house in North Perth and surrounds Paragon is the only agency to use. Two years ago I got two other agents (Ray White and BellCourt) to appraise my house and I had to chase both of them up for the appraisal. One never ended up getting an appraisal to me at all, even though she came to my house and the other I had to chase up twice before she sent it to me. The agent form Bellcourt rang and yelled at me this week when she saw I had listed with Paragon. I had not had any dealings with her for two years but she still felt the need to ring up and abuse me. It was so unprofessional and undignified. Theo from Paragon has returned every phone call within the hour, provided me with all the documentation when he said he would and sold my home within a few days of it being listed. The company he suggested to stage my home was also amazing to deal with and made the home look so beautiful. It really has been a pleasure to deal with Theo and all his staff at Paragon. Make them the first agent you call when you are thinking of selling.

I’m amending my review as I don’t think people want to read paragraphs about what a train wreck dealing with Pritika was. I’ll keep it short and sweet.

Do not let this company walk all over you, as they will if they can get away with it. Know your rights and stand firm. If you face unjust treatment, do not hesitate to pursue legal action through the Magistrates Court.
