Fantastic food and amazing coffee. There might be a big queue but it will move quickly. If you haven't been before, walk the length of the front display, then go back and join the queue; that way you'll know how many beautiful pastries and cakes there are to choose from, and how hard the choice is going to be. Then hopefully you can grab a table and sit back and enjoy the experience. You can also buy canisters of the coffee blend that they use to take home. It would take a lot of visits to work through all of the front counter pastry choices.

Ordered a cake for Sunday. $148 for 40 profitirole cake with strawberries. They called me Saturday to pick it up at 2pm. I told them the cake was ordered to pick up at 8am Sunday. I asked them if the cake was going to be fresh, they said yes. Picked up the cake Sunday morning. Cut it at 2pm. This cake had soggy small profiteroles covered in huge thick chunky chocolate scrolls al over. The strawberries were also going bad and old. They tried to cover up the cake with lots of icing sugar sprinkled all over the cake. More chunks of chocolate scrolls than actual cake.

So bad nobody ate it, we threw it out.

Told the store this on Monday morning sent multiple emails. They claim it’s fresh and I should have returned the cake. Refuse to reimburse me.

Never go here again. Thankfully everyone that wax at the party was horrified too. We all know now where we will never buy cakes again!

Be warned. It’s garbage and the store doesn’t take any responsibility.

Best Italian restaurant! The food was incredible, the best crab pasta I’ve ever eaten. Steak was cooked perfectly, pizza was delicious and you can never go wrong with their baked ricotta cheesecake. The service was fantastic and efficient. The table was spacious, seats were comfortable and the venue was accessible - as someone who uses mobility aids, I really appreciated this and it made the experience even better. We will be back soon!

My friend and I were here today. The cafe looks nice with lovely decorations and designs, the coffee was good and cakes were delicious, great customer service, and nice music also. However, the floor was not very clean, the bathroom were dirty (I didn't use it but my friend used it and commented that it was very dirty). There are older sofa seats with pealed or cracked cover on sofas which I don't mind but it may be a drawback for a few people. Overall, excellent customer service, nice coffee but it needs some improvement on keeping the place cleaned. Thank you.

We had a beautiful family lunch after kids’ activities nearby.
Sat outdoor area was nice in sunny weather. However i could smell the cigarette from outside.
The wine was served in the middle of the meal otherwise served well.
Every dishes we tried more than average.
Personally I didn’t like the Risotto much.
Kids meal set was the winner. My children love to come back!

Absolutely amazing food and very efficient and lovely staffs. Went for breakfast and had their lasagna, then went back again at noon when their restaurant for lunch and dinner opened up and ordered a beef carpaccio, sirlion steak with mushroom sauce, and beef ragu parpadelle which was absolutely delightful. Do not let its simple outlook fool you as their food are flavour bombs that taste like comforting homecooked meals. Looking forward to returning and trying out other items on their lunch menu and also dinner menu!

Also ordered their aranchini balls though they were abit disappointing as it tastes really oily and it does not come with marinara sauce.

Came here for dinner in a group of 7 people.
Service was accommodating. Drinks were served quickly. Food was served as per requested sequence and everything we ordered was lovely—from the entree, pasta, pizza, and dessert! Highlight was the Nutella pizza and tiramisu but we definitely enjoyed everything.

The impressive variety of bakery items caught our attention. The inviting and classic vibe added to the charm. We picked up some cookies and cannoli for takeaway; they were good, though not exceptional. It seems the visit and shopping experience were more about the nostalgia.
