Best barbers ever! Our kids and my husband all get their hair cut there and they look great after every cut, the shop is nice and the barbers have good conversations with my kids which makes them feel special. The owner was very thoughtful once when I had a sleeping baby, by letting me know his car was loud and to shut the door. Also we especially enjoy Caleb as his chats make our boys feel so cool 🙃

Booked an appointment with Mackenzie. Showed up 10 minutes early. He was very busy so I patiently waited. 10 minutes after my appointment was due to start he finished his current cut which is absolutely fine, it seemed good quality, and then when I was about to get in the seat, his friend jumped in the seat and Mackenzie proceeded to cut his hair instead, ultimately completely wasting my time when I'm on holiday. It's a shame as the haircuts seem really good across the board, but what's the point in booking if it's just a preference rather than a booking system? The other barbers there seem really switched on and friendly though, so as to not take anything away from them.

Today I had McKenzie do my hair ! What a top bloke was so professional for the minute I stepped in , we had a awesome chat , giggled but best part he give me one of the best skin fades I’ve had since I’ve moved here from London last year ….. I loved it so much so I’ve booked with him every Monday as I get my hair cut weekly ! What a great guy ! And the salons so cool ! By far the best in Brisbane! 🙏

Awesome barber, hubby sees Josh. Always nerve wrecking when trying to find new service providers after a move but we were pleasantly surprised to find peaks barbers only 800m away from us and they do an excellent job!

The website states "Walk-ins welcome" when I walked in felt anything but welcomed.

The customer service front desk presence needs work, was stand-offish and unprofessional.

Arrived just after opening, seeing they even had a free slot with their online booking service in the morning. Went to front counter and was ignored by the clerk. He proceeds to fiddle with his phone, vape in mouth and back turned. Barber on the espresso machine acknowledges me, the clerk continues to ignore back turned leaning on the front counter, focusing on scrolling and sucking on what appears to be a vape.
After an uncomfortable amount of time I have to then prompt the clerk with his back turned, I tell him I would like a haircut and he tells me it is booking only. Then tells me they can't get me in till the next day...

No front desk signage to let customers know the process either, and relying on someone that clearly doesn't want to be there.
