Started work without me approving a quote, then when I requested they removed the frames so I could get my prints back, the owner offered a lower price for all the work. Yet they still managed to ask for more money when we collected final piece. Go to the other framer in town if you want good customer service and excellent work.

Exceptionally helpful and thorough! Every time I’ve been there they’ve gone the extra mile to get my jobs done. So helpful, friendly, incredibly patient whilst I ummed and ahhed between frames and gave great suggestions. Would recommend for both framing and printing. Thanks guys for your top notch service!

Alison is a great framer. Her framing skills are great and the prices are often cheaper than other options available.

The art on selection in the gallery is also always a pleasant surprise and change to the standard fair on display in town.
