We were travelling remotely in the outback and had suspension issues with our car. We arrived in Alice Springs on the back of a tow truck, from a remote Indigenous community over 800km away. I spoke with Donald to try and organise repairing our suspension, and he was able to source the right parts for our car, and recommend a repairer in town who could do the repair for us, as Pedders were fully booked for days.

Donald and his team are definitely 5 Big STARS. We had a problem with our front suspension where the wrong spring was fitted. This was not pedders fault where we originally had our GVM upgrade installed as they did not know a big bull bar was to be fitted. So after almost 2 years Donald made contact with Head Office and saved us a lot of trouble and sorted it all out for us. We are now higher in the front with the heavier springs and level for the first time and our BT50 drives so much better.
Thank you Donald and your perfectionist Mechanic for your Professional kindness to our problem which others did not understand.

I can’t shout to the world how professional this organisation is. Friendly, great pricing, fast service and understanding.

Donald and the rest of the team are the definition of a high-performance team.

Our new mu-X has had its GVM upgrade and 2” lift; and we couldn’t be happier. The ride is fantastic. The car no longer ‘wallows’ on the dirt road between Alice and Santa Teresa (hahaha).

Phenomenal after-sales support in ensuring that the GVM is working is expected.
