Perfect Practice have gone above and beyond in completing fitout on our new dental practice. They have walked a long journey with us, and were patiently supportive through a difficult Covid affected market with site inspections and advice. Working with the design team was an absolute pleasure. They listened to our vision for work flow, aesthetics and branding. The build team have been amazing - committed and approachable. Throughout the whole process they have taken pride in their workmanship and delivered an amazing result that has exceeded our expectations. We are very happy and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I wanted to express my gratitude to you and all the team at Perfect Practice in realising a beautiful new dental surgery.

The process has had its hiccups, but overall I have been extremely happy with Perfect Practice. Although the start was a bit rocky, I am very glad to have chosen Perfect Practice to deliver the fitout for my new surgery.

I want to highlight the parts of which I have felt Perfect Practice have really excelled and helped me:

1. I felt Perfect Practice took away all the stress and hassle, negotiating and finding the best and most cost effective solutions in the dealings with strata approvals, fire certification, and CDC applications. Candice Liang took on all the load in arranging this and organising quotes and trying to minimise my costs particularly with the fire safety requirements.

2. The design process was long and arduous but Tom and his team really took the time to ensure that everything suited how I worked and wanted to work. Tom was excellent as he was so detailed and particular, especially with aesthetics and efficient flow of the workspace. There were a few things missed and some items of inclusions from the initial quotation were unclear (for example Type 3 reception Desk), but Perfect Practice took accountability for this, and I am very impressed with this ownership of accountability.

3. The build process was within time frame, and there was no stress at all. Rene and Gavin took care of everything and there was nothing required of me during this process, allowing me to focus on continuing to treat patients and organise for the move. I was very pleased that the work was completed on time, which meant that I did not need to extend the lease on my existing practice. Furthermore, there were no variations during the build process, as Perfect Practice had assessed the site well, or took on the cost of unexpected findings (in the plumbing and ducting).

4. The new surgery is absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is good, and we have been very happy with the quality of the fittings and cabinetry, some of which you don’t realise in the design stage such as soft close drawers, and reception area special features that really add to the overall aesthetics and gives a good impression (such as the recessed coffer, the special cutout on the floor, the panelling of the structural pillar to match the cupboard on the other side).

5. Post handover, I have really appreciated how responsible Perfect Practice has been in dealing with defects. Problems arose with the suction unit not properly fitted, leading to minor flooding, and although this was not the responsibility of Perfect Practice, Perfect Practice was onsite the next morning at 6am, and were around to help, even though this problem was the responsibility of the dental technicians who installed the suction unit. I very much appreciated this level of going above and beyond to assist from Perfect Practice.

Overall, I am really happy I chose Perfect Practice to fit out my practice. I have been relaying my favourable experiences with dental colleagues and friends who are now all visiting the practice. For myself, this is likely my only surgery build, but it is something I plan to work in for many years until my retirement, and I am happy that I chose Perfect Practice to be my partner to realise my dream surgery.
