I met her face to face for the first time during a routine rent inspection. Lorinda has done a wonderful job managing my investment property. She is friendly, professional, enthusiastic and conscientious. This year she is helping manage repair work on the property following winter storms and has been wonderful to work with, helping get the work booked in and facilitating trades via the tenants.
