Pleasantly surprised with how quick and how reasonably priced they were able to supply a brand new set of Ferrea valves for a Pontiac V8. Ordered them and received them within a fortnight. These were the exact parts I was looking for, they were delivered quickly, but I suppose that's because they charge more for shipping. Very quick communication and I shall certainly be ordering from them again when I need valves for Pontiac engines.

Ordered parts, explained in detail what was required. Gave correct address, No 43. Parts get sent to No49. which doesn't exist so they eventually turn up late. Packing invoice has correct address on it!, correct part no. but wrong parts. 2nd time this has happened, last time drove 400km round trip to exchange parts on a Saturday morning. Their attitude is we stuffed up but it's up to you to sort it out. Easier and more reliable to deal with VPW, EMA, Eagle,etc.

only wanted a $3 piston clip but wanted to charge over $20 for postage guy on the phone was dismissive and unhelpful looks like i will be buying elsewhere next time

I'm so annoyed by the arrogance and complete disregard for my concerns as a customer (by proxy) of this company, the absolutely horrible service that has left me in a state of disbelief at the railroading that has occurred with my parts.

This company sent us the wrong parts (on behalf of another supplier) and now refuse to accept the parts back for credit/refund, they have also flatly refused to assist us find out how things went wrong. They blame us for the entire debacle.

In our eyes, they've tarnished their name with their terrible attitude.and lack of empathy, we will never use or recommend this company to any of our clients and will steer people away from them if asked.

I hope this review serves as a warning to readers so they may avoid similar problems like we've encountered with this company.

It's clear that we have a similar problem as the earlier poster.

We're still eager to resolve this problem and are willing to remove the review when the situation has been rectified.
