Absolutely useless company with zero integrity or accountability. Parcel was carded Thursday morning and at 1pm Friday they can not find it in there own Warehouse without an arrangement. Even there phone line was having technical difficulties,the incompetence is over whelming. Now I have to wait till 3pm apparently for them to get the act together. Develop a new system the current one doesn't work.

I don't understand why they do not have a post box at the Qantas Terminal or (even better) at the International T1/T2 Terminal?
To post a letter or a package when one is frequenting any of the Perth Airport Terminals one must go to this out of the way Post Office... How hard would it be to make it convenient and have a Post Box at anywhere in or next to the terminal?

I didn’t go to work and wait for whole morning (cuz they told me few days ago, it would be delivered on Friday)And then a guy dropped the “missed you card “ I was like? You handled me the card? How it can be missed me?
They’re just lazy to deliver it and push you to pick up by yourself……….😡

They sent my passport first to the wrong post office in Western Australia. It was a prioriy paid parcel with tracking to an address in Western Australia. It was sent from the incorrect post office back to this facility. That night on checking tracking it was sent to Brisbane Airport. I will miss my airflight. What a total disaster. How could they get it so wrong on a priority paid tracked parcel. It has been in WA for days.

Absolutely hopeless. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The fact that it's been 3 weeks and still haven't received a package delivered from Perth to Perth is an absolute joke. Auspost needs to be held accountable.

Unbelievable, this is the second time I have paid express post and it hasn't arrived on time last time it didn't arrive at all once again stuck at airport perth, third world service, knowing its christmas gave plenty of notice one month, this will be the second time in a row the gift will not be received for Christmas. Whats the point of paying express, go with a courier!
I understand if it was coming from UK, but it's not, just woeful!!

I’ve had a domestic package sitting in this facility since Tuesday and this package is coming from four suburbs away!! The absolute ridiculousness from these people are beyond a joke. They are the laziest workers I’ve ever had to deal with. Perth to Perth post is slower than a package coming from the eastern states!!!! The lazy scumbags need to deliver my freaking package before the ombudsman has serious words to them. If you can go with a courier service for your mail please do so and not with their offshoot courier service StarTrack otherwise your gambling your money and product whether it arrives or not!!

Do nt even deserve 1 star my parcel has been lost for 4 weeks there. Get your act together. Worse service in the world other countries parcel get sent quicker to Australia than what you send to us.
