Went to Petbarn Bedford 2 years ago.
The young lady who is in charge of the fish area has no clue on fish keeping she offers poor advice just to get a quick sale.
Isabella served me and caught a few fish she has no idea on fish keeping or advice for pet needs.
Also the Store manager is rude and unhelpful to customers.
Fish area is dull and tanks are very dirty and fish are not healthy saw heaps of dead ones.
Very expensive on prices and limited range on stock in general.
Staff are not friendly and helpful too busy talking among themselves.
You will never free welcome there.
I will never shop there in future.
Shop else for your pet friendly needs
If your after good quality fish go to your local Aquarium store they will help you.
Please don't waste your money shopping at PetBarn.

Booked a mobile dog wash through City Farmers Bedford site and had David come wash our dogs at home. What a great service! David was brilliant! And our dogs are so fluffy and clean now and loved their treats 🙂

Good range of everything, but I find their advertising a bit deceptive, advertise a price but in the small print you have to buy 2 items to get the special price.
