The staff here are absolutely delightful! Every receptionist I've interacted with has been incredibly helpful and kind, even when things are super busy (which is most of the time when I visit). I always feel well taken care of.

Special shout-out to Dr. James Teow– he's consistently helpful, accommodating, and takes a holistic approach to care that I really appreciate. It makes a big difference, and I’m truly grateful.

I chose this doctor based on the great reviews, and the fact that it's conveniently close to home was an added bonus. The receptionist was very welcoming. I brought my 3.5 month old son in for a visit, and the doctor was incredibly informative. I especially appreciated their approach of minimizing medications for infants and focusing on natural solutions first. We will definitely be returning as our family doctor from now on.

I came to the Piara Waters Medical Centre with ear pain and hearing loss. The doctor advised I had an ear infection and to use drops for a few days to treat the infection, then book in the following week for an ear syringe.
I booked in at reception, requesting a follow up appointment with that doctor and an ear syringing. That is totally understandable that I had to wait for the ear syringing, in order to clear the infection first.
What isn’t understandable is the fact that I waited 30+ minutes for my follow up appointment to then be told that I needed to book and attend a THIRD appointment for ear syringing as the nurse had gone home for the day. Why was I not told to make an earlier appointment in order to see the nurse? Why was this not communicated to the nurse?
