Never believe someone give five star review to Pickles auction because selling car very badly to people. Specially private cars they sell it. PPSR is not say what’s happened to this car they say is Pannel damage when the car come home is engine problem or gearbox problem? Yes a salvage but you have to mention how dare person sell the car if you knew the car, have a problem
But feel sorry for Australian have no loyalty justice logistic to say pickle auction to open gate people come to inspection the car

I have purchased a few cars through Pickles Salvage and each time the staff have been beyond helpful and very easy to deal with.

The most recent time I lost my keys (suspected I dropped them out in the salvage laydown area when loading up the car) The staff were very helpful and allowed me to search around and even the fork driver put a call out on the radio, unfortunately to no avail.

Two weeks later I received a call from the office that the guys had found my keys out there. By that point I'd given up all hopes they'd turn up. Many places these days wouldn't bother contacting the owner but you guys did. Absolute legends, thanks again.

I am interested in buying a car on auction at bibra lake but you are not allowed to see the vehicle in person before the auction, I find this unacceptable and everybody should refuse to take part in a auction unless you are able to see the car in person before hand. These are there terms and they also tell you it is your responsibility to do all the necessary due diligence on the vehicle before purchasing on the auction but they will not allow you to see the vehicle? Sorry to tell you but a few pictures and a condition report given by Pickles does not come close to a in person inspection. No way can you take part in such terms for a auction.

I purchased a car from Pickles Perth over 10 weeks ago now. It is still listed on the ppsr register with a previous finance company lein over it.

I have been told it will be taken off a number of times over the 10 week period. I have pleaded for help weekly, as the bank will not release me the funds until the lein has been taken off. Now I am in serious financial trouble as a result.

I would highly not recommend purchasing with Pickles.

David in computer/IT is very helpful! Had bided an item not fully functional as it shall be, Dave immediately engage it and sorted it out for me! wonderful guy!
PS: can't Pickles provide their staff with a closed office ? seen them all wear really thick clothes and in well 'ventilated' work space..

Do your research before buying a car here. Other car auction sites allow and some even encourage third party inspection from mechanics. Purely so you know what you are buying. Pickles will not let you or any third party mechanic look at anything other than the externals and cosmetic damage. You can’t even pop the hood.
A 3 month/5,000km warranty is offered on some cars, which realistically is quite low. If you have something dodgy that causes an issue in 7,000km, you’re out of luck.
Pickles is for gamblers, not for people trying to get a realistic and reasonable deal.

Extremely disappointed with Paul from Pickles. I purchased some items from the auction and sent 1 of my workers to pick up the items. The Pedestal Drill was put on my tail lift with a fork lift by pickles workers and the drill fell over badly denting the side of my ute. I called Pickles and got put through to Paul , as i wanted to ask what happened as my worker wasn't being honest. I asked Paul if my vehicle was damaged at Pickles and his response " No it definitely didn't happen here , i saw the boys load the vehicle and i'd know about it if something happened". I wasn't at all accusing Paul of anything i was politely asking if he saw what happened. Instead of Paul being a decent human being and telling me the truth he decided to lie to me. After i was advised of the truth by my worker i emailed Pickles to advise them of how disgusted i was that Paul had lied to me and asked for a call from the manager. Of course no one has called!
