Sold this company a laptop that clearly specified the battery needed servicing. Upon receiving the product they falsely accused us of changing the description after purchase and that they had a screenshot of the original description but funnily enough couldn't show us the proof when we asked for it. They then demanded that we pay them money for a new battery. Would recommend staying away from these people.

I couldn’t be happier with their service. They were able to see me on short notice and worked on my computer though out the day, knowing I had a long drive home and didn’t want to have to leave it. Would recommend to anyone needing IT help. If I ever have any issues, I’m doing the 3 hour drive back to see them.

He gives a quote but try’s to charge more. He damaged my iPad, had to send away said no charge for new batteries then tried to charge then said had to put new front pad as to hard to press icons, only happened when he had it, now it won’t charge over 13%. GET WRITTEN QUOTE FIRST.
