Got myself a distance meter the a few days ago, paid $149. Well after trying it for one hour turns out useless. They offed me a Bosch QLM 80, better quality for $326,13. I had a look, Bunnings sells them for $199. I asked them for a re-fund and they refused. They said they needed to talk to there suppliers. But I dint get it from there suppliers.
ACCC states that if a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee you have the right to ask for a refund.
After a very heated discussion I got my refund. He called me a F##ck wit on the way out. Nice
I wont go back but I am sure I will see him around.
It is the worst cervices I have ever experienced and will encourage anyone to avoid this same experience I had from pilbara tools and fasteners.
