I visited the store just as Black Friday was starting. I was moving house and feeling frazzled and Kylie was so warm and welcoming. She followed up on my enquiries and simply did everything she could to make my visit enjoyable. I highly recommend Pillow Talk for the customer service.

We walked in and needed help. A lot of help! Thank you Loretta for helping me, my girls, my mum and looking out for my two boys who we were also buying for. You are like our homewares fairy godmother. At such a stressful time you kept us on track, were so kind to my mum, the girls and myself and made sure that our new home is a glorious as it can be. My bed is like diving into a cloud and the kids love their new beds and towels and everything else. Thank you also to Jack, Riley and Verity for helping us to organise and pack everything.

Gorgeous store. Such a lovely lay out and Outstanding Customer Service from all the staff. All the staff go above and beyond to help and aren’t pushy to sell you things which makes it great that they are helpful without pushing you in to buying stuff you don’t want .

I really didn't want to post a negative review, as things go wrong sometimes and I accept that. Long story short I placed a click & collect order, went to collect it, got home and realised one of the cushions they packed up were a different design from what I ordered. It's fine, mistakes happen, went and made my way back to the store to change it. When I got back home, started packing for our beach day the next day and just randomly tested one of the beach chairs that I also picked up with click & collect the same day, only to realise it was broken. Being 7 months pregnant 2 trips to the store that day was enough for me I sent my husband for the 3rd one (we live 15 minutes away from the store, so each trip was 30+ minutes and the last 2 trips were right at peak hour too, so even longer). When he went back to exchange the broken chair it turned out a lot more of those chairs on sale were broken and unusable, so they barely found one that was working. Makes me wonder how many people took home broken chairs...After all this I still didn't think of giving a review, but here I am a week later discovering that my beautiful bright white outdoor cushions (they even had tags on for being UV resistant and were advertised as outdoor cushions) only purchased a week ago turned totally yellow (they're kept under cover in a partly shaded partly sunny area). The product quality is absolutely appalling, at least the ones of the summer sale items are shocking. It's like buying stuff and needing to take it straight to landfill... Very disappointing experience overall.

The level of service made me feel like I was stepping back in time where customers were valued. Aaron & other staff could not have been more helpful with information & facilitating testing of the pillows & other bedding we were considering. The quality of the products were terrific & the prices were more than competitive. Thank you so much, we are now sleeping more comfortably than ever before.
