I've been to Pingelly Hotel many times.
I've always been very happy with the service I've received.
I just wanted to give a great review to a new staff member.
There's a young lady named Yasmine who started there just recently that has outstanding personal skills and a friendly smile.
Two very important things in customer service.
I found the service at the 'other' pub mediocre at best.
It's refreshing to get service thats memorable.

I was a very pleasant pub. I had the chicken burger, and my wife had the steak sandwich. Both were delicious, the beer was nice and cold, a great historical pub established in 1906. The staff were lovely and friendly.

I have been going to the Pingelly hotel for a long time now the meals are fantastic the staff are friendly and helpful its just a wonderful old country pub with the service match.

Everything was okay but the hotel insisted I paid cash for my booking and also charged my credit card a month later. I had issues trying to approach them as there was no way of contacting them through email. Horrible experiences cause I did not want to pay cash at the hotel initially fearing issues like that will happen and it did causing so much hassle

Old school country pub. Friendly staff food was good. Rooms have never been renovated. The air-conditioning was cold. No toilets in the rooms. Communal toilets . In my opinion worth $50 per night.

Singh Manager /Owner and Dee Bar Person and Manager, both very polite and Excellent Customer /Patron service, simply brilliant, very friendly and very competant, great people and hard working. Dee has absolutely fantastic sense of humour and laughs my dad's jokes even though I'm not a dad and there probably questionable in the laughs Dept. Maybe I should quit while I'm not ahead. Lol haha|Keep up the good work as far as I'm concerned 👍

A great little pub with friendly staff.
I arrived late and they knocked up a meal without any fuss.
The manager demonstrated one of three bottom filling beer glasses, shame they were not auto-topping up 🙂
Room was basic, clean and had everything I needed.
