I usually like getting coffee from there because of the good customer service, but this morning was completely different. The lady was extremely rude and aggressive, even though it wasn’t busy at all. She ruined my morning and created a very unpleasant atmosphere.

What a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. They sell cakes, pastries, sandwiches, coffee, and of course the best pies in town. There are plenty of different flavours to choose from.
There are a few tables to eat in, but not many. The service is pretty quick too. I recommend you try them out.

Bakery in Port Kennedy is good, food and service has always been great.

The music is way to loud when sitting in and the air con needs to be turned down as that part is to cold.

Staff were incredibly rude this morning, from ordering to picking up my coffee, person taking my order was very rude, then when picking up my coffee I loudly said thankyou and was completely ignored. The only polite person was the young boy serving people who is always absolutely lovely. Not only that, I asked for a frappe with no sugar ect not only was that not done and it was full of sugar, the lid wasn’t even put on properly and it spilt all over me in my car. Not impressed at all. Pies are average as usual, but the cakes were good.

Amazing customer service would go anytime with my friends who have a great time and I will keep going to here again and again soon to be back on my mum to get to the void and again I will be in the same room as you want to see if I could get a new version of the void

1 x Apple turn over $7.50 what a rip off! was good but not worth the price rip off!

$25 for all of the above 👆 what a joke no wonder this place is NOT busy!

We come a long way from Perth to check this bakery. Small bakery for the locals, to get breakfast and coffee.
The warm meat pie and Apple slide are very delicious. Must try this one …

After reading the reviews I think I will give this place a miss as it seems the person that replys to customers feedback is a dismissive mean and quite rude individual that would be my last choice having work or even responding to feed back about my business.... But could be the owner that is this horrible person.... Well this place won't be for me now.... Good luck tho.
