Recently I invested in a new bike from Planet. During the process I spoke with several team members and the service was A+ from start to finish. Jordan was brilliant, helping me figure out the specifics of what I needed based on my ride style, and doing a bunch of legwork to make adjustments and tweaks so the bike ticked all the boxes for me. Murray and Simon helped me with pre and post purchase fittings - I now know I've never ridden a bike that actually fits me, until now 😅 As a customer from before the change of ownership, it's awesome to see the same great service from Planet under the Specialized brand. Very happy with the rig, and can't recommend Planet highly enough. Cheers team 🤙🚴‍♂️

Best bicycle store in Brisbane 🙌🤩. Beautiful building, great location, parking always easy. Great stock of products of big brands of top quality like Specialized. Personal is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Service to bicycles always effective which is integrated with Hubtiger app to track when to service bicycle and components, and make bookings for service a breeze. One of those place you like hang around looking at products and having. Good chat about bycicles and rides.

Have dropped in here a number of times. Usually good service. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a good range of products and often have some genuinely good sales bargains. Evidently a specialised brand dealer but they also have other brands. Able to service bikes here as well. Can't fault them really. Keep up the good work.

GO ELSEWHERE !!! I used to drive an hour to visit this bike shop as the service was exceptional and the staff were extremely knowledgeable. Well those guys are gone and the place is a joke now. Do not expect any kind of service or help. Plenty of other great bike shops around. Be warned !!

Amazing team, very professional yet also very down to earth, made me feel like I was extremely important even though others around were spending 10s of thousands and I was not they treated you as an equal wich is rare in high end specialist retail shops. I bought the exact bike I wanted I was able to test it, try different positions, was advised different paths and even on a busy Saturday afternoon I added things to my bike last minute and still I left with in a very short time with my new bike serviced polished all new parts fitted!! One very happy boy my only complaint is my legs hurt now 😂 Deb and team thankyou amazing service!!
