I don’t often leave negative reviews, but my experience today was disappointing. After searching for half an hour with no one else around, I approached the front counter where two staff members were present. The male staff member was friendly, but the blonde female made a rude comment, ignored me, and returned to her computer. After waiting awkwardly, I finally asked where a specific type of plant was located, and she snapped that she was too busy.

I understand she might have been having a tough day, but all I needed was basic customer service, especially when there were no other customers. I wanted to place a bulk order for my new business but instead I left feeling uncomfortable and empty handed.

Wont be recommending plantmark carrara to anyone!
Waited 5 minutes to ask where the heliconias were then i was rudely told where they were and the rude staff woman walked away when i wanted to ask for some advice!
Said she was busy with a customer order, i said well if she was busy she shouldn’t have asked me can she help me sir!
She then proceeded the old we don’t take abuse here mate routine!
In no way was i abusive she was rude to me so i walked out in disbelief!
Bad customer relations and shouldn’t be dealing with customers at all with that attitude!
Seems like plantmark are only interested in handling online bulk orders or phone orders from landscapers and not the punters who want advise!

I encountered a very abusive assistant here today, I was waiting to be served no-one came even though the sales assistant was standing three plant stands away , i called hellooo to gain her attention , i was then subject to a backload of abuse, Tatiana from Italy. I have been buying from Plantmark for 4 years and have never had an issue with any of their staff.
