Overall a great experience. I was scared to have filler again because I found my first time (different place) painful. Platinum offers a dental block so I felt absolutely no pain! Emma is friendly and bubbly, she made me feel really comfortable and reassured despite how nervous I was. Definitely recommend!

Natalie was so informative with all of the product information, aftercare and her process and technique. The result was absolutely incredible. I’ve had filler done previously with other clinics and i’ve never been as happy and as excited about my results than today! Only place I will go! I’ve booked in with Ash several times for multiple treatments including ems & teeth whitening. Ash is always so friendly, professional, informative and makes me feel super comfortable.

This salon is amazing! Shelley is fantastic. So honest and trustworthy and will not over inject just to get money from you but instead tells you the truth. She is so friendly and makes you feel so welcome. Always been so happy with my Botox and fillers and will not go anywhere else! The salon is so clean and reception staff so professional and friendly! My drive down from Sydney is well worth the hours drive to visit Shelley!!
