Had a new kitchen installed, Polytec was the chosen product for cabinetry. A poor choice as it turned out. After about 4 years, we noticed the drawer fronts & cupboard doors yellowing, while the edges of cabinet carcasses remained white. After lodging our concerns to the joiner, we were directed to Polytec. They were simply amazing in getting it sorted, replacing the affected components. However, as it turns out, with yet another inferior batch of board. Not only is it going yellow again, it has some plastic kind of film peeling off. And they got us to sign a waiver on any future claim against them. Ok, the kitchen is now 10 years old, & some may think I’ve got my moneys worth, but at $25k plus, I thought it would have been a better investment than this. Won’t be using Polytec products ever again.

As a cabinetmaker, this company goes above and beyond. Picking up from the Brisbane branch is a breeze! I have a van and the guys are always happy to cut straps and hand load.

They make the process easy, are super friendly and the product is always top notch, Keep up the good work!

Had a psychotic Polytec HR truck side swipe 3 lanes on the freeway right before the lytton rd exit northbound and almost crushed me into another truck. I had to lock my brakes up to avoid being killed, mean while i have my wife in the passenger seat who was just discharged from hospital from having surgery. The truck didnt pull over to say sorry, check if we were okay. I will be checking my dashcam footage in the morning and if the licence plate is clear ill be presenting it to the police for reckless endangerment. Polytec HR truck 8:05pm lytton rd exit.

I have a kitchen that is only 3months old and this product is already broken, and I don’t know how it happened, it is just falling apart, I mean seriously, I am an old woman that lives with a cat and it can’t cope ,how would it be if I had a family.
They sent someone out to look at it, and I never heard a thing back, do not buy this product.
