This is an amazing place if you want to spent the time with design professionals to get the laminated finishes for the cupboards, doors and benchtops etc in a new kitchen or house perfect.

Janette and I had been in and out of the Laminex selection center and not really found what we wanted. I went here to see the Hafele kitchen accessory range, and was blown away b the range of realistic wood laminates and other finishes that they had. The lovely staff there were extremely helpful and offered to setup a appointment for a personal consultation looking at our house cabinet elevation, other finishes and what worked.

We took them up on this and it was so so so worthwhile. They spent the time showing different finished and colors and working with us to get exactly the effect that we wanted' They were able to help us match with our flooring, paint colours and stone and with our cabinet drawings, gently spend the time coming up with tonally matched selections that matched out ideas and achieved something better than we could have hoped.

We were a little lost with the process in the Laminex center, where the staff were nice but we were left tying to get things right. And Laminex didn't have the woodgrains that we were seeking, having seen in Perth display homes. Once we were in the Polyec center and saw their tasteful displays of massive slabs of different high quality wood finishes and various stone looks, we saw what we needed in 2.4M high cupboards, and it was easy to select what we wanted.

Initially we thought - lets get the wood gain we love and then stick with the Laminex colors we had settled on for months. However the team there suggested we book a personal color / decor consultation later that week. Janette and I are so glad that we did. We left having changed our paint color and selecting beautiful Polytech colors that complement the woodgrains, carpet, vinyl plank and tiles.

Contact with Polytec in Osborne Park has been very positive. After my original enquiry with Kristie a meeting was set up with Stella and this meeting was conducted in a friendly, professional manner. Stella took the time to understand the brief and made some great suggestions. Once the schemes were finalised, Kristie recorded the details and took photos of the colour boards.

Went to showroom twice. The staff there are so helpful and patient!!! More than happy to assist us and give us ideas. Decent size samples of their products which make a huge difference when selecting colours and finishes and did I mention the outstanding service!!!
