Had the Pool Controls XLS chlorinator and PH acid doser installed with our Pool from Factory Pools around 3 years ago. The pool controller display began to be impossible to read during the day. The ph acid doser turning mechanism failed causing some of the pool water to flow back into the acid drum. I phoned Pool controls and advised of the issue and they had a technician Paul here within days and rectified all the both issues without hassle. Definetly recommend the equipment as super easy to use and the customer service was brilliant. Thankyou.

I don't feel great customer service is highlighted enough these days. People are quick to jump online and slate a company for the smallest of perceived slights however the majority of people who receive great service rarely give their experience the same public praise.

I just want to highlight how exceptional every interaction I've had with Pool Controls has been over the last 4 years of owning a Pool Controls XLM system.

Any issue I have had has been tended to almost instantaneously with same day response and often an in-person service call on the same day as well. To be honest, if I had of gone with any other company for my chlorinator, I strongly believe I would have been charged at every point. Sure you could of earned a bit of extra revenue however would have lost out on a very important marketing channel - word of mouth praise.

As a result of the experience I've had with the Pool Controls team I can confidently announce that you have me as a customer for life and any pool I own will be running a Pool Controls system. I also tell anyone and everyone who is installing a pool to go with Pool Controls!

Please pass my grateful thanks on to the whole team. Keep up the exceptional work and I hope more people publicly praise the amazing service you're all doing here in WA.

We had a good 3yr run with our system till late December. After contacting the office who were very supportive we were advised to fill in the service request. We had Paul contact us straight away and came out next day and identified the issue. He took our part away and came back 2 days later to get our system up and running again. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We were extremely pleased with the help from Paul and the friendly service we received and would definitely recommend this system and this company. Thanks again Paul you are the best.Our pool has always been crystal clear and a joy to own.

Had a Pool Controls SWC35 installed a couple of years ago and has run hassle-free until recently. I had an issue with getting the cell out of the housing, so called Pool Controls head office for warranty repair. There was a little frustration initially, before the service tech came out and the problem was understood, so I was getting myself ready for the "it's your fault" argument... which never came.
The service tech Paul had to come out twice, however both times he arrived super quick (within 24hrs), fixed the issue, and was friendly and knowledgeable.
I have also called occasionally for phone support, and have been patiently talked through pool chemistry that I find difficult to get my head around sometimes.
I don't really expect 100% trouble-free operation out of much these days, but the Pool Controls equipment is solidly manufactured and has performed well on the whole over the last 2x years.
Having superb after sales service and friendly phone support makes all the difference in my book. This peace of mind is worth signing up for.

Amazing after-sales customer service!! I had an issue with my 3.5 year old chlorinator cell and it was sorted the same day I rang them - the fact it was out of warranty period and they still covered the costs is even more impressive. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had this system for 2 years & have had nothing but issues, constantly dosing chlorine, have called a few times and had a service tech come out, can’t be faulted, they constantly blame the pool balance. Have been to several pool shop to test the water & it always come back within parameters. I’ve been asking family & friend that have the same system & they are having the same issues. Everyone I know have swapped it to a different system.
I’ve had 2 other systems over 20 years of owning pools and have not had any issues like this. Don’t waste your money, service is poor like the product. 😡

I wrote this review to hope that someone from Pool Controls can call me back. I had been calling their landline for 2 days but could not get hold of them. I also sent them an email. It is very frustrating.
